About

Hi, I’m Chris Gore. I’m an experimental psychologist with a focus on cognitive neuroscience, and an educator with more than twenty-four years of teaching experience. I’ve taught a broad range of courses in colleges and universities across four countries, and I previously served as Head of the Psychology Program at Northern Arizona University–Yuma.

As an academician, I’m an educator, mentor, and lifelong student of psychology. I’ve advised and supported undergraduates and graduates from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds, and I enjoy collaborating with students on research projects that spark curiosity and critical thinking.

My interests are eclectic, reflecting the breadth of my teaching, with particular focus on cognitive, physiological, and social psychology. Outside of academia, I’m committed to health and fitness, and I enjoy weightlifting as part of my daily routine. I also enjoy playing the guitar and working with 35mm film photography.
